Join us in our Annual Back to School Backpack Giveaway.  We welcome the help of the community in making this possible.  Our goal each year is to provide over 200 backpacks for youth in the community.  In the previous years we have been assisted with a Walmart sponsorship from Porter, TX and the Marine Corps League Detachment #671.  BYL has worked collaboratively with the Harris County Juvenile Probation Department, CUPS 2 to assist in reaching out to youth in need of school supplies.

In order to achieve our goal BYL would appreciate either monetary or school supply donations.  We accept donations year round and have our backpacks equipped with school supplies by August for our Annual Back to School Backpack Giveaway to distribute to youth in need of school supplies.  We divide our equipped backpacks for elementary, middle, and high school youth.

Donations are accepted from individuals and from organizations.  Individuals and organizations will be recognized under our Sponsors Page but donations can remain anonymous if you wish.
